Weighted aggregation operators of fuzzy credibility numbers and their decision-making approach for slope design schemes

In fuzzy decision-making problems, existing methods only indicate assessment values but lack the degrees/levels of credibility regarding in alternatives over attributes due to vagueness and uncertainty human cognitions/judgments for complicated problems. Therefore, degree value shows its importance necessity problem. To enhance values, should be closely related their measures, which make information more abundant credible. Hence, this study proposes concept a number (FCN) as new extension concept, where both are expressed by pair values. Then, we present operations FCNs, score function FCN, FCN weighted arithmetic averaging (FCNWAA) operator, geometric (FCNWGA) operator. Next, multi-attribute (MADM) approach using FCNWAA or FCNWGA operator is established deal with MADM problems setting FCNs. Eventually, used example on selecting suitable slope design scheme an open pit mine FCNs reflect usability effectiveness approach. Compared classical approach, makes credible, then sensitivity analysis indicates efficiency measures ranking order alternatives, main advantages environment However, reflects novelty contribution proposed expression aggregation method decision theory methods.
